상품 발송 기간

별도의 안내가 없는 한, 상품은 영업일 기준 평균 1~3일 이내로 발송되며, 재고 상태에 따라 1~5일 이내로 발송될 수도 있습니다.

 

배송취소

상품이 출고되기 전까지는 주문 취소 또는 변경이 가능합니다.

주문 변경 또는 취소를 원하실 경우, CONTACT US 메뉴를 통해 이름과 전화번호를 기재하여 요청을 주시면 빠르게 안내 도와드리겠습니다.

 

취소, 환불 및 교환 안내

상품은 배송 완료일 기준 7일 이내로 교환 및 환불이 가능합니다.

단, 제품·패키지·구성품 일체가 훼손 없이 수령 당시 상태를 유지한 경우에 한하여 처리되며 반송 시에도 모든 구성품과 포장이 누락 없이 동봉되어 당사에 도착해야 가능합니다.

 

재고 부족으로 인한 교환 및 환불 안내 

재고 부족 등으로 인해 상품 제공이 불가능한 경우, 이메일로 해당 사실을 안내드리며 요청에 따라 영업일 3~7일 이내로 전액 환불해드립니다.


제품 하자 또는 파손

상품이 하자 또는 파손된 상태로 배송된 경우, 배송 완료일로부터 7일 이내에 CONTACT US 메뉴로 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.

접수를 위해 아래 사항이 확인 가능한 사진 또는 영상 자료를 제출해 주셔야 합니다.

  • 하자 또는 파손 부위 (수령 당시의 상품 상태 그대로)

하자가 확인될 경우, 교환 또는 환불을 진행해드립니다.

충분한 증빙 자료가 제출되지 않을 경우, 처리가 제한될 수 있습니다.

하자로 인한 제품 환불은 승인일로부터 영업일 기준 3~7일 이내로 처리됩니다.
환불 처리는 기존 결제 수단으로 반환됩니다.

하자 상품의 반품 배송비는 당사가 부담합니다.


International Orders

Shipping

Unless otherwise stated, orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. Depending on stock availability, shipping may take up to 5 business days.

If your order cannot be delivered due to stock shortages, we will notify you and refund within 3 business days upon request. If you do not answer our messages regarding an exchange/refund on this matter for up to 3 days, your order will be fully refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to process through after you receive a notification about the refund.

Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of when your order has arrived to you. To qualify for a return, the item must be faulty or damaged, and it must be sent back unused and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of when your order has arrived to you. 

To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide clear photo or video evidence showing:

  • the defect or damage
  • the product condition upon arrival
  • the original packaging

If the defect is verified, we will offer a full refund only, including shipping fees. Please contact noizemgt@gmail.com and include the required evidence listed above when submitting your request.

We reserve the right to deny claims that lack sufficient evidence.


Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect size selection
  • minor variations in color or finish due to lighting or screen differences
